Tom, who booked by shipment was wonderful! Actually everyone at Transit Systems keep me informed, and they were always courteous and helpful when I phoned with questions or to provide additional contact information. As I was not at either the pick up or drop off location, and you were moving a piano for me, I had numerous concerns during this process. Thank you for the excellent service!
