TSI provided the lowest quote and promised quality, timely delivery. Packing and pickup of the furniture went well. Unfortunately, a storm hit the east coast and delivery was delayed two weeks. The set was finally delivered in good shape but missing the table legs that had been left in the warehouse because they had not been labeled. It took 29 days from pickup to delivery. Promises to overnight the legs were not honored. Delivery dates were given that were not accurate. The manager repeatedly said delivery of the legs would be "at no additional cost to me". I would think NOT since it wasn't my fault they were missed in the first place. I don't care to do business with them again due to the poor customer service provided by management and poor follow through.
