I picked Sunshine Vanline for my moving company because they had the best long distance moving quote. I worked with Hailey for the original inventory quote and with Janet for the revised quote after measuring all items to be moved. The price of the quote did go up because of more cubit feet, however, I was provided an additional discount for the new quote. I was a familiar voice, as I called many times to go over my items and always had a friendly voice to greet me. Everyone was reasurring and helpful. Without having someone to actually come and give a exact quote based on a visual of the items, it's up to the customer to provide accurate information. I ended up being a little short on the cubit feet, which was to be expected. The movers in Fl were excellent and very accomadating! My items were in storage for aprox 1 week and the requested delivery date was July 1. The movers called 24 hours in advance to let me know they would arrive on July 2nd at 7:30 a.m! PERFECT! The drop off included 2 locations with no additional charge. The movers delivering my items were also THE BEST! So in spite of reviews that almost scared me away, I stuck with Sunshine and I'm glad I did.
