Deal with this company at your own risk.
Some of my my items were damaged and the dishonest responses from the company were pervasive. The items included one lamp, which no longer worked, two lamp shades which had to be discarded because of they had grease all over them, a chunk of wood chipped off a bookcase, numerous nicks and cuts on another bookcase, gauges in the wood on an expensive wine server tray, curio cabinet glass destroyed and numerous nicks and scrapes on the wood. While the latter glass was eventually replaced, the amount of effort was monumental. We made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails after the promised date of delivery of the fixed item passed. Most of the calls were not responded to, and none of the emails were. When they were, we got conflicting information on where the cabinet was, what condition it was in, and when it would be delivered. When we finally got it back, none of the damaged wood had been repaired and the glass had been replaced with an obvious cheap grade and the lighting unit was broken.
After receipt of the curio cabinet, we sent an email to the company owner, Dean Laster (sic). We asked for reimbursement for our damages and he offered $100, saying categorically he would mail the check that day. We reluctantly accepted. We have never received it.
