I've moved quite a few times over the past few years between different states, and I have to say that Starcity is definitely a cut above the rest. They have an organized system of taking inventory on each end of the move, and you, as the consumer, are involved in verifying each item they load/unload. They started my move in NYC from a storage facility. My mom was on that end and said they were professional and easy to work with. Customer service via phone and email is pretty good as well. Definitely recommended for people who have to move all on their own.
