Zero complaints- better than expected

I recently used Starcity for a move from Philadelphia to Boston and have zero complaints with the service I received. I spoke Steve, a senior manager, he had me tell him everything I needed moved and gave me a flat rate. They sent me an inventory of what they recorded, I signed the contract and gave them my credit card, and I was good to go.
The day of the move, Alexis' crew showed up, not only on time, but they were early. They took my stuff and handled it really well. I didn't have any breakage issues and they even let me throw in a couple of small items I forgot to inventory with no price hassle.
Alexis got everything up into my new place pretty quickly, and provided me pretty friendly service with a smile. He was great to work with and I'd say that it was about as pain-free as a move could get.
