Smart Move LOST all of my 4 pods and cannot explain why or where the pods are now. In the day of electronic tracking this is unacceptable . So far all they have offered $150 per day that my belongings are not delivered. Affiliated with Atlas.
They were to deliver items between 8-9 am based on a call from representative the day before. I waited until 10:30 am and called. The representative took my information and said she would get back to me. No one called. I called again at noon and the representative told me they could not find my 4 pods. They had been signed in at the local warehouse but now that warehouse could not find them. she said she would call me with an update. After another 2 hours I called another number and asked to speak to a manager. He was professional and took my info and then said he would call me back. This person did call several tmes that day and was apologetic but could not tell me where my belongings are now and when they would be delivered.
That is where it stands now. My belongings are lost and theynhave no idea whe they are.
I have send this company before but now I have no idea if they will recover all of my belongings.
