This company is completely unprofessional from top to bottom!
I decided to go with this company initially because all the reviews were very positive (I realized later the hard way that they were all fake and written by the company itself), and they also gave us the lowest estimate. As it came time for our move, tons of negative reviews started pouring in, and I realized that these reviews were actually the truth. The movers were unprofessional through and through, and spent most of the move time complaining about the company instead of actually moving our stuff. In the brief moments when they were packing our stuff, they would do a terrible job, throwing expensive clothes around, dropping things, trying to pack our expensive china between t-shirts. We got so fed up, we packed our stuff on our own. Afterwards, they tried soliciting us for a bribe so that they would not include a $400 charge because the truck to door distance was more than 75 feet.
Everyone we spoke to on the phone was completely unprofessional, when they actually answered. Most of the time they did not answer, and when we left a message, they would never return our calls.
They significantly increased the cost of our move, and it has been about 40 days since they picked our stuff up. Everytime we call them, they feed us lies about when our stuff is coming. They tell us it is on its way, and when we call them a week later, they say it should be coming soon. This has been happening for three straight weeks. It is a hassle every time, and at this point we have come to the belief that our stuff probably will not be coming. And the way they packed our stuff, I am convinced that when it does come, it will be in terrible condition.
In retrospect of our experience, I realized that the positive reviews are just the company trying to boost itself up, which is against federal law (I have found they have no regard for the law through our dealings). I hope this site looks into that and prosecutes these people for doing so.
