I did not see any negative reviews until after I had paid my deposit. I was nervous, and had let my sales rep know that. He was very comforting and walked me through the whole process. I was still anxious until the movers showed up. When they came, they again, answered all my questions, and took great care of me and my belongings. They took extra time, and discussed everything with me. They made sure I was comfortable. they moved quickly and took pride in their work. The driver kept checking in on me to make sure that I was okay. After they picked me up, I got a call about 4 days later from a nice lady, who let me know that I needed to make a payment for my goods to be delivered. I did so, very easily. She called back and let me know it was received, and gave me a driver's name and number. The driver called me shortly after with an estimated day of arrival. He was actually about 2 hours earlier than expected, but he said that was okay, he would have lunch and wait for me. They unloaded everything, assembeled it and took the garbage with them. I did not have any issues. It was smooth, professional, and the people took care of this old grandma. My son will be using them next month. I will let you know. Don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch. They really care about their customers.
