Total nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don't even know where to begin. After I made the choice to use this horrific company I couldn't get them to stop calling me about payments and deposits prior to the move. They told me that the moving day that I selected would work but gave me a backup day "just in case" for the next day. They told me that the movers would call me the day before the move. Never got a call. Then on the backup day at around 6 pm, after I had called the company 4 or 5 times someone FINALLY returned my call and told me the movers would be there soon. At 9 o'clock that night these idiots showed up. Long story short- my landlord made them leave my building at midnight and told them to return the next day which annoyed them. The next day I guess they decided that they were a little rushed and I was not able to be there since I WAS MOVING ACROSS COUNTRY. THEY TOOK ALL OF MY CLOTHES OFF THE HANGERS AND DUMPED THEM INTO BOXES. NO GARMENT BOXES. THEY TOOK DRESSES, SUITS SHOES AND PURSES AND JUST CRUMPLED AND STUFFED THEM INTO SMALL BOXES. They then took all my photos and framed art and dumped them into boxes with NO WRAPS OR COVERINGS. ( I am getting more and more pissed as I write this if you can't tell). I think I have given you a picture so I won't go on. I would like to include the fact that THESE AHOLES used my WHITE BED LINENS as the BLANKETS TO COVER MY MIRRORS AND JUST DUMPED THEM ON THE TRUCK. Needless to say, the sheets are ruined. Now let's talk about the electronics. There is a DEEP SCRATCH across the center of my LED T.V.. I can't find my computer. I am sure that if or when I do it will be wrapped up in one of my expensive dresses somewhere in an f'ing kitchen box. One of the best parts is that it took these people 3 weeks to deliver my things from the time of pickup. IT ALSO COST ME $4,000 MORE THAN THEY QUOTED ME. THIS WAS NOT A SMALL MOVE, BUT SERIOUSLY?? $4,000 MORE?????????????? GIVE ME AN F'ING BREAK. TOTALLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE EVER AND WHEN I DO, IT IS LITERALLY LIKE TALKING TO A WALL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Moving is a pain and extremely difficult to begin with, so if you want to have a stroke in the process, totally use these people.
