I have moved several times in the last few years and have not had any service that compares to Pro SelfMoving.
I contacted them on the Internet for a quote and they responded in a timely manner with an excellent price. I used a site to enter information about moving and my phone was bombarded with the vultures circling the wagon. That was a major turnoff for me and I immediately crossed off those companies. Pro SelfMoving sent their initial estimate via email and was very thorough in explaining their service. After a few days and major research, I called them to discuss and schedule my move. Angela did great job in covering all aspects. We agreed that I would need about 14 feet of trailer space.
The day before the move was to take place, I received a call from both the local dispatcher and Pro SelfMoving's Operation Manager to let me know what time to expect the trailer the next day. The gave me a 3 hour window and hit it with about 30 minutes to spare.
I had lots of friends load up the trailer and we secured it with a wall that was provided. The driver came back and double checked the wall and placed security seals on it. We hit the 14ft mark...just as Angela and I had envisioned.
Trailer arrived in Florida in about 2 days and we unloaded with no problems. Only one item was damaged and that was due to us packing it incorrectly. It was no big deal and we were able to fix the leg for about $15 dollars and a little elbow grease.
I have to admit I was very skeptical as you see tons of bad reviews on the Internet about moving companies. With a little homework and keen judgment, we made the right choice. My mother is moving down to Florida in March and we have already booked another trailer with Pro SelfMoving.
