DO NOT use this company. The workers were 2 hours late, and then could not start for another hour as the foreman was not there. The foreman's English was very difficult to understand. He damaged the hardwood floors in my apartmenbt by moving heavy wooden furnmiture across the bare floors. He called his boss, and was instructed to take $784.00 off my bill for damages. He did not do that and later denied talking to anyone. My sister was sitting at the dining room table directly across from him when he called. The workers left my apartment a mess: empty tape rolls, pieces of cardboard & plastic...and the bathroom had to be thoroughly sanitized ( one of the workers vomited in my bathtub). They also left many empty plastic water bottles on the front lawn. The final cost was 58% OVER the estimate. When I asked why this was, the foreman scribbled figures on the back of my estimate for "materials, extra square footage, and extra gas for the extra square footage". I had provided both my rep and the foreman with a very detailed inventory. When we did the walk-through, the foreman told me that the rep's estimate was "right on the money". I explained to the foreman that I would have to borrow money to cover the difference, but that the total amount would be there at the end. He then asked me how much I wanted to tip the workers! I explained that I had no extra money and he became verbally upset. My Spanish is a bit rusty, but I DO know what "puta" means! The trip from PA to MI took 10 days. I repeatedly called the company for updates and the "customer service" rerpresentative was quite "snotty". When the truck finally arrived, it was a different crew(my son had questioned the legal status of some of the workers at my apartment). There were damages to some of my larger pieces of furniture. If you want honesty, integrity, promptness,and respect for your property, RUN, do not walk, away from this company.
