I wish I'd checked the Better Business Bureau rating before calling them.
They turned up two hours late (for a 5.30pm move). They didn't have a dolly or other equipment to move. They told me it would take considerably longer as they had no dolly (and it's pay by the hour of course). The owner of the company wouldn't speak to me. It was 8pm and she was with her family. The movers moved a few boxes, but came back fifteen minutes later. They decided not to move me as I had raised the above issues with them. They also felt it would be too late a job for them.
We lost a day of business as a result. My advice is do not use this firm, check out some reviews of some reputable companies, there are I've since discovered, several.
