The moving company was a problem from when they arrived to pick up my 70yr old moms 1 bed room condo of belongings. the three moving guys insisted on a tip before they started. my mom tipped them with good intentions. boy waere we all wrong. the loaded all her contents then told her it with cost more then original quoted. she paid... since she had to be out since the the owners were moving in the next day. then when they del. the items to nevada they gave her a inventory list of a box count. problem was abouth 5 of the boxes were not hers and filled with garbage. also the furnature all had chips , scratches and my moms tea pot collection that was packed with care were all broken as if they dropped them off the truck. they lost so many items of personal importance like a strong box with all importyant papers. so when we finally unpacked all the boxes we could not beleve how so called professionals could have let this happened. when the movers were there unloading the truck they said they had three others familys items on it. so then why cant you contact them and get our items back?. this went on for months.. there only answer is file a claim which we did and as of 4/2012 we have still yet to recieve any contact on the claim. but the company is by far the worst to deal with on the phone. they sweet talk you make up stories of how they tyake care of families and treat you like family blah...blah.. so far they dont want to hear any more about this un expalinable loss. they say well....it could have happened at the storage lot, the guys could have made a mistake..yea no kidding...shouldnt they be responsible???you would think.. but they just say file the claim... what a scam amature company.. dont waste your money or risk your lifes treasures to them there are prob. alot of more trusting capable companies out there.. just dont ship anything you cant replace... you will be forever disappointed. while some one else has your items in there home or they throw them away..
