I contracted with them over a month before the move. On the day of the move, I waited and waited an no one ever showed. The next morning I finally got someone on the phone who said they would be here at 5 pm. Again, they never showed up. I called very upset, and Van Johnson of the company screamed at me, told me he hoped I would cancel so he wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. My son called as he saw how upset I was, and Van called him a fag!! Van has now said he will not refund my deposit, so I am going to have to sue them.
