THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER BEEN THRU WITH A MOVE, MY TRUST IN MOVING COMPANIES IS RUINED, DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister called them & set it up (I was going thru a divorce & she was trying to help me )
They arrived on time, (a 30 ft truck) June 3rd, seemed friendly & helpful , however their English was very bad & hard to understand, kept asking me If there was anything else they could load & mentioning they work off "tips",.... what started out as a quote of $1000.00 simple move that day, ended in me writing a $5000.00 check & a tip !!!! I was already distressed over the divorce & once the truck was loaded & the mover said $5000.00 now and $ 3000.00 at delivery (which was supposed to be June 22)......all I could do is cry !!!!!!! My delivery was to be delivered mid June, I had to call every week to ask where is my truck shipment, when is it coming ????? Every time I called, either "MIKE or DOMONIQUE" would say " you should receive a call in 72 hours from a driver......no call........ for 3 months I had NO idea where my 30 ft truck was or if I still had anything left! They had my money & everything I owned........my truck did not arrive till SEPTEMBER 26th & bins were broken, items missing......and to add insult to injury, they wrote in an extra $100.00 for them selves (drivers)!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get a U-haul & do it yourself !
