The initial order process went well with My Men Moving, I asked about the cancellation police because I knew there was a chance of me not moving because I was still waiting to see the unit. I was told I could get a full refund by Stephanie. Unfortunately, the unit was not to my standards and I decided not to move. I contacted the company several days in advance to inform them of the change. Stephanie told be I would be contacted by Rachel (Rachel Pisani)to get my refund, after waiting a few days I called again and Stephanie answered and informed me it should be back on my account in two weeks. I waiting the two week with no deposit returned to my account. Now when I call the phone goes straight to voice mail. The is bad for business, after checking my invoice again I called an alternative number, which was a former employee how has given me the cell number for both owners(Rachel & Lou Pisani). So I continue to try and get my money back.
