All of this company's high rating reviews are BS
One piece of advice comes to mind .. "RUN AWAY and DON'T USE THIS MOVER!". Their company was AKA Gemini Moving. They changed the business name because of bad service.
I'm a real customer and had a very bad experience with this company. I negotiated one price up-front with their high-pressure salesman and when the movers came to pick up my storage, the guys jacked up the price another $1500 claiming that the estimated volume was too low. The volume estimate wasn't too low. I felt like this company is run by the Russian mob since all the movers in LA seem to be Russian and they speak their language and you never know what they are talking about. To top it all off, they didn't take care to box some of my items that had loose lids and just loaded them up in the truck. Once they load the truck with your stuff, they got you! The boss even had the nerve to ask for tips at the end.
When they finally delivered my belongings, there were crushed and broken boxes and glass items. The glass items were clearly marked in big letters that they were FRAGILE GLASS. These guys just want your business and don't really care about customer service at all so everyone, beware!
