Missing and Damaged Items & Claim Denied

In brief - the pre-move and pick-up was OK, but after my delivery when items were missing and damaged beyond repair, they were nowhere-to-be-seen. They also called me after pick-up and told me I owed them another $770, for which they may have had justification for ~ 2 hours more of charges - say $180. When I persisted, they passed me off to a no-name insurance claim company that denied my claim for my damages for missing and damaged items on the grounds my losses were 'my fault' and and 'act-of-god'. Hence they lost and damaged a total of approximately $10,500 of my stuff and told me to eat it.
I am currently suing them for damages.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
