MoveBuilder Was A Bad Experience

The California packer did not show up on the second day of the load. The back of the trailer was not loaded properly. During transit the contents shifted, damaged a good portion of our household items and pinned the trailer door closed. We had to use a jack to pry open the door and cut the contents out of some boxes just to get into the trailer. The California packers left out one of the bulkhead panels and the loading ramp, so we had to wait for the Arizona driver to go get one. The driver said it was the worst packing job he had ever seen.
The Arizona unloading crew did an excellent job but MoveBuilder LOST all of their damage photos taken during the unloading. Fortunately we took pictures of the trailer packed incorrectly and some of the damaged items. The online claim form expired three months early which seemed fishy. In the end, our damage payment was only $962 which was less than half of the $2464 we claimed. We had pictures and original receipts as proof but it didn't seem to matter. The company even had the gall to disallow my $144 claim for 18 broken storage bins which THEY had simply taped closed instead of packing them into shipping containers!
I was charged for a large screen TV carton which was not used. No moving blankets were used around any of my furniture. Practically every piece of our mission oak furniture was scratched, dented or broken.
My last email to the claims adjuster was never answered and during the move my calls to customer service were not returned.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MoveBuiler/MovingStaffers in any way.
