This experience with these movers was horrendous from the beginning.
Not only did they attempt to put my stuff in storage (I told them absolutely not to and to deliver it right away XXXit ended up arriving 2 weeks late after many phone calls from me to many people, which was quite frustrating), after it was delivered they began charging my credit card $100 every month. I called and called and no return call. Fought the charges on my credit card successfully.
Finally I got a call back. They get on the phone, "Sir, your stuff is in storage with us."
I was in shock. It had of course been sitting in my apartment for the previous 3 months so it certainly wasn't in storage nor was it to have ever gone there. I informed them of that, they said they would look into it and call me back.
No call back. I get my next credit card statement and surprise, another $100 charge. You've got to be joking me. This still isn't resolved I guess but these guys are awful, completely unprofessional, and fraudulent.
