They showed up in a Ryder truck with a bum tire, sat in my driveway to wait to have it fixed, then the truck was already 3/4 full so they couldn't even take all my stuff in one load. Had to load, go weigh, go offload, return, load, go weigh, then offload. It used up my last night in town with friends. Then when they arrived in my destination to offload to storage that I had picked out, it was just the driver! He asked my boyfriend, who was there to meet and greet, if there was anyone that could help him unload due to the fact that he was alone. Then he locked the keys in the truck with the engine running and the padlock still on the back door of the truck. The storage people cut the lock off and there ware goods from someone else's house behind mine that had to be offloaded first to get to mine. By this time I called my nephew to go help also. I called Yaron Israel to demand a helper for the driver and he said the driver refused help. My boyfriend called and told me that Yaron was threatening to fire the driver unless he did the job by himself. In all, I paid $3000 to movers who then spent little money on labor and let one single man be expected to move a 2 BR house of heavy furniture, yet my boyfriend and nephew ended up helping him. I'm reporting them to the BBB, OSHA, and AMSA, and possibly a heads up to INS and TSA because none spoke English well at all. When I tried to email the company Customer service through the website, I had everything composed and hit 'send' and it went to a failed page and did not process. This company is a rip off. An absolute rip off of the highest measure. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
