Notice that there are either 5 star reviews or 0 star reviews? That's because the only real reviews are the ones with no stars. I was quoted $810 and signed an electronic contract, which totally changed once the movers got to my home. They had me sign papers before hand, and the price more than doubled! Oh, and apparently EVERYTHING is meant to fit in a box, so if you don't do that, you will be charged.....even for, say, a bicycle, or something huge and totally ridiculous. They did mention extra charges for bubble wrap, tape, etc., so they used as much as possible. I also called them on the 'long carry' charge they tried to pull, so I measured the distance from the truck to my door. It was not 75 feet, so they got irritated and made up for losing that charge by charging for the inside stairs. I was also told on the phone that stairs inside the home don't count. Vanessa Nungaray is very nice on the phone, but she is a complete liar! Don't give her commission! Don't use this company! Oh, and did I mention they lost some of my stuff too? #@*&* Jet Lines Moving and Storage!
