They were scheduled to come at 2pm and at 230 said they would be 2 hours late, the receptionist and managers made up one lie after another(stuck in traffic/accident) then I find out they were at another job and wouldnt make it untill 9pm. With no other choice we rescheduled for the the next morning. The movers themselves were pretty good, fast and careful when they finally came, they did damage a table and the wall paper in the hall of the new apartment though. The office and company was the worst no business sense and unethical! They didn't even have the curtosy to be honest and admit that they obviously took on more jobs then could handle. DO NOT BELIEVE the Low Estimate! They give you the best rate and call you non stop till you go with them, Then when it is time to pay they say it was longer then expected and try to get 200 more, I will say after arguing with the boss, because of thier horrible service we did end up paying close to the estimate but it still wasnt worth the aggravation! I wish you luck if you go with this company
