The only thing good about our experience with Green Buffalo was their website, which totally sucked us in. Green Buffalo was late twice ("stuck in traffic"). They sent inadequate staff - two guys when the contract stated there would be three. There were insufficient supplies - four broken down wardrobe boxes when they promised 15 ~ and insufficient packing materials. The two guys worked until midnight (with our help) and then came back the next day ~ which is how they came to be "stuck in traffic" twice. A GARBAGE TRUCK would have been packed with more care than our moving van. MANY of our possessions were severely damaged or just turned up missing ~ I believe vandalized and stolen. SERGEY TAKUNOV (the owner) indicates that damage is to be expected and says the missing items were "merely misplaced". Our lossess equal about $25,000 in repair/replacement costs. Sergey refuses to even return my calls. If you are considering Green Buffalo for your move, you may contact me for more information.
