I am so glad to be writing this review for Great American Moving. First let me say moving is stressful enough. My husband and I just relocated from CA to Hollywood GA all in less than a month. Because I didn't have enough time to find a permanent residence in such a short time, I put our stuff in storage and stayed in corporate housing (what a nightmare)! We we're all too happy to find a lovely home in the Atlanta community and set out to find a reputable moving company (unheard of) relocate us.
Since our relocation, I have relied heavily on online reviews for finding good eateries, shopping, dry cleaning, doctors, you name it and the reviews are spot on! Why not look for a moving company as well there? I went online and found Great American Moving had great reviews so I hired them to do the move in stages.
I initially spoke with Ben, who I might add was very personable, friendly and accommodating. He immediately made me feel comfortable that they have been doing this a while... and quickly established a plan to get my move done.
They called the night before on the first night and the guys arrived on time. The movers were all wonderful, professional and worked diligently to get the job done. Many thanks to Will, Julio.
My first problem I encountered was the understanding of payment which is always a concern when that happens, but it turned out ok. When the movers got here, Julio was the supv and the movers were Brian (spiderman), Tay and Teramy. These guys ROCKED!!! I actually had a great time with them and was so impressed with their professionalism and speed. They were truly a CLASS ACT!!!!
I really appreciated the quality of movers they sent and Julio at the helm. I didn't think about it again. Now for the really cool stuff!
A week later I get a call from Jienne (quality control rep) for the company. She asked how everything went and we had a lovely talk. I told her the moving staff rocked, I've moved all over and these guys BY FAR are the best in the business
I was truly wowed by the professionalism of this organization. I would have originally given the moving staff a 5 star rating and the office staff a 2 star however after a call from quality control (Jienne) and Guy in management ...well it's 5 stars across the board. I was so impressed that they did that and will most certainly use them again and again. You can't go wrong with these guys. They truly are a CLASS ACT!!!
