The worst most unprofessional rudest company I have ever hired and or heard of! So nice until they get posession of your things. Then you are at their mercy and they could care less! Dining room set broken, bar stools broken, Dresser broken, Night stand broken and a box of dishes! Wanted to give me 30 for everything and sent me a check request that I had to have notarized for them to give me any $ back. Notarizing is 20 so not worth my time and Im assuming this is why they request a notary. I try to contact them and the phone lines are always down...Email them and never get response. Just called for copy of my receipts for taxes and he says...We gave you one. I obviously mis placed during move can I have another emailed to me? he says you received a copy when we left so you were already moved...Where is your reciept we gave you? Are you joking me? Can I just have a copy of my damn reciept? he says oh ya...Ill have someone call you, bye. He didnt even get my name or #!!! Now trying to call back and no answer! I swear this place isn't even a co. hOn there web site it shows a G&G truck but that is photo shopped...They rent there trucks from Penske...This is a Bull shit Co and I wouldn't want anyone's move to be harder that it already is...Save yourself a heart attack and don't even think about it! I will always move myself after this experience!
