FMS moved us in June 2013. They broke several big ticket items to include an antique bar and Plasma TV as well as dent up our stainless steel refrigerator in the front and sides...among other items. We had moved these items before with no issues from another company so we did not expect the unprofessionalism with Frisco Moving Systems. They tried to hide the broken TV, Rolled our antique bar off the side of the ramp and almost crushed one of the workers under it. They promsed to fix or replace some items but 8 months later we are still waiting for items to be replaced. When I called JB, the owner every week for all these months, he continued to say, "I am busy with customers right now and do not have time for you". Funny but I thought we were customers - customers he did not want to bother with obviously. I would never trust this company to move myself or friends again.
