I don't understand where the negative reviews come from. I had a horror experience with another company who screwed me over big time, bumping up their price 500 bucks when they came to pick up my stuff. I chose them because they appeared cheaper but in the end I went back to Fox and spoke with Joel who arranged for a next day pick up. I'm really happy with the service I got. Thanks, guys!
