Please provide me with a direct line to a supervisor, manager or company owner.
Not only have my family and I been exploited out of our hard earned money, but we have tried all week to secure a date for our furniture to be delivered.
This company called us everyday for our business, but once they got it charged us an additional 2k, arrived 2 hours late, and now won’t return any of our phone calls.
I would like to get this issue resolved immediately before we report this company to the Better Business Bureau and share our horrible experience with the public.
We are literally sitting in an empty house wondering if we got scammed!
