When I moved last month, I chose Eco Vanlines, mostly because I really had a positive impression of them based on my conversations with Josh, who was able to give me an extremely clear breakdown of the various costs associated with a the move and helped make sure I was getting the best possible deal.
Move day itself went off without a hitch, and I'm happy to say that movers weren't creepy ogres or cursing ruffians. Unfortunately, upon delivery I found damage to one of my dining chairs. I let the delivery guys know, and they referred me back to customer service. I think that the claims process was relatively straightforward, and they were able to resolve the whole incident quickly and respectfully.
I understand that such accidents happen, and I think that the results when mistakes like these are made speak volumes about a company. Eco was really there for me all along the way, which is why I am so appreciative.
