I arranged a move with a representative MIKE D at this company and confirmed the move several times via email because I could hardly get him on the phone and he left early at 1pm each day or was in late in the afternoon. He didn't respond so I finally got on the phone & he said he was having email problems. I RE-CONFIRMED on the phone. A few days before I sent over the info for the insurance certificate etc. and then I got a call from Kay over there 2 days before saying that I am NOT scheduled & in their books. I didn't even exist!! I demanded to speak to the owner ELI and he was extemly rude and didn't beleive me?? I told him that I HAVE PROOF, several emails etc & he said he didn't care, he needs to speak to MIKE who was NOT in AGAIN. I asked him if he could call Mike and he said "I am not calling my employees when they aren't working, get another company, we cannot do your move that day" TERRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE owner. Do NOT RELY on these guys!!!
