I have made many military moves and this was my first civilian move. They quoted me on weight and charged me on cubic feet. They threatened to hold my furniture hostage and ended up charging me twice the amount. They broke my sofa, floor lamps and I ended up helping unload because they were short handed. Terrible experience. Wish I would have read reviews before I hired them. Never again.
