This is a crooked broker company! They do not own trucks. Please do not fall for their trap. After they have your belongings on a truck they charge an extra $800 or more than the quote. They charge for each extra stair step after the first floor (Their "FIRST FLOOR" IS 4 STEPS!) They charge a “Long carry” fee. But besides that, four of my boxes were missing, flat screen TV was shattered. Later the four boxes were found and for two months I called weekly about them shipping them to me. Eventually, every time I called they put me on hold until I hung up and called back, then they would place me on hold again. The first claim form I sent for my TV was "never received", I sent it again and made them sign for it. They never shipped my boxes! I had my parents drive 5 hrs to their warehouse and pick up my boxes. They gave my parents the run around about their actual location and address. (2625 Park Lane Hallandale BEACH, FL 33009) The office is very dumpy and trashy and the employees were VERY RUDE and disrespectful liars! I will probably never receive a refund for my broken TV. Save your time, belongings, and money. Rent that U-Haul and do it yourself!
