I should start by saying that we were very happy with the company here in Anchorage that stored the containers for us. They were very professional and took good care of the containers. Our problem was with the central billing for Door-to-Door. We were being billed monthly for the storage and were originally quoted $200 per month for storing two crates. The monthly charges varied widely from a low of $138 to a high of $168 over the next five months. We finally had our crates delivered in Feb, yet were still charged for March. When we called to make sure that the charge was refunded since we did not store the crates in March, we were assured that we would be credited. It is now almost the end of April and no refund. Every time we call there is another excuse about why the refund didn't process. I would just recomend that you look at your bills from them very closely including the bill for the shipping!
