I contacted Dimension Moving to move my things from Monterey to San Jose, CA on Nov 1, 2008. I spoke with their sales person, Peter. After sending him an inventory list of my items, he sent me back an estimate for $462.00.
He said that I would not be charged double drive time. He also promised me the driver would be at my place no later that 9:00 am.
The driver showed up at 11:15 and at the end of my move I was given a bill of $900.00.
I protested to Dimension management to try to resolve the overcharge issue. I was told by a customer person named Samantha that the owner of the company felt the way I was treated fairly and no compensation was warranted.
If you use this company, you do so at your own risk.
If you’re reading this review, my personal recommendation to you is to look for another company.
