They lost things, denied my claim because their driver didn't check off the inventory and sign at the bottom of the form, and after a year they refused to compensate me for the things they had lost. They never called back when they said they would; they didn't respond to letters, complaints to the DOT or the Better Business Bureau. They finally told me to "Forget it and move on," because it was too late to do anything now, even though it's been so long because they never called me back. I've called at least thirty times in the last year trying to get some response about my lost items. They overcharged on weight and never gave me the paperwork for the actual weight of the load. Whenever I called to ask about it, they said they would call in a week, but then they didn't. These people are like a black hole; your money goes in, but your possessions and overcharges never come out.
