Classic Van Lines was the most unprofessional group of movers I have ever used from beginning to end. I ended up paying nearly $1,000 in addition to the original quote I signed at the beginning of the job. They didn't reveal that they consider every 7 steps to be a flight of stairs, so I ended up paying and additional $650 dollars because I live on the third floor of my apartment complex. Each time I would call and try to speak to someone about my move, I either wouldn't get a response, or the person at the other end was clueless as to what was happening with my items. For both the pickup and delivery, I was given windows of time that they ended up changing numerous times, so my time was wasted sitting around waiting for them to show up. When they did finally arrive, I was asked to come out to the truck and identify my items because some of the stickers had fallen off of them. The crew leader jokingly stated, paraphrased, "sometimes you end up with things that you didn't have before, and sometimes your things get stolen." Additionally, one of the crew members was wearing flip-flops, no closed-toed shoes and none of them had back-supportive belts. Heed the advice of me and others commenting on this company and do not use them.
