BPM is incompetent. They were hired by Nationwide, the company I hired. For a move date scheduled for 3 August, they called me on the 2nd and informed me that they would not be able to pick my things up before the 5th. When they arrived, they could not give me a delivery date (I was told to call the next morning). For what I was assured would be a 1-2 day move, it has now taken 10 (and counting). They finally scheduled a date (scheduling took 6 days) and then missed it. They claimed a van broke down. It took another 2 days to schedule the next day and time. They missed it. Now I still do not have my things; I am tired of eating out of cans and sleeping on the floor; I still need documents that are in file boxes that they have by today or I will not be able to get paid until October (it is August).
