As of today August 9th 2012 B&B Transportation has no idea where our entire household of belongings are and are making no effort to find them. The truck picked up our belongins on July 19th and with a promised delivery date of August 3rd. We have contacted the "supposed" dispatcher Sara, her assistant or Hank who was the primary person in the beginning of this. The only response we get is that they think our things "might" be in Arizona somewhere but they really don't know for sure. They will put us on hold for a couple of minutes saying they will "Try" and contact the driver and see what is going on, each time coming back and informing us that they are unable to do so and will call us back with an update. They have never called us back, never been able to contact their driver[so they say], REALLY, what kind of a buissness is unable to ever be in contact with their drivers??? As we all know they all carry cell phones AND have radios in their trucks!!!! These people are nothing short of
1] being very rude 2] extremely unhelpful 3] uncaring about your concerns and situation 4] Liars 5] Theifs 6] and deceitful!!
I am taking this to the State of California Los Angeles County Circuit Court and filing charges for:
1] Theft
2] Fraudulent Misrepresentation
3] Larceny By Trick / Deciept
4] Grand Larceny
5] Breach of Contract
and anything else I can find to charge them with that would pertain to this situation!!!
These people need to be stopped and held responsible for their actions!!!!
