Scheduled between 9AM and 11AM for move from one apartment to another in the same building. They lied all day, saying they just had to finish up and would be heading our way. At 4:38PM, they called to say they were an hour away. What they are good at is apologizing; evidently have had a lot of practice with that. There are many movers; don't use these liars.
