salesman told me an entirely different agenda of how the day would go. I was told that I would have my 5000.00 mirror crated, it was not. movers did not know anything about it. I ended up having to move this fragile piece by myself. He told me that I would have enough room to move all my furniture and to add as many boxes as i needed to. this was not the case. the movers ran out of room in truck and had to leave behind 10 pieces that should have been moved. When i called the next day he said the movers could have gone back for extra time and money to get the rest of my furniture, but this was never presented to me as an option bythe movers. nightmare and then made it like i was crazy when i called. damaged furniture and scratches on everything and walls damaged
