If you want liars and poor communicators, then use ASAP van lines. I swear, those must be in the company's code of ethics. They picked up my stuff December 20 and currently it's January 14, and I have YET to see any of my stuff or get a true story as to where it is. The story you get depends on who you talk to. Most of the times I have called, they have to "check with the driver and call you back" and they NEVER call back. I have to, literally, call multiple times a day to get any information from the company. The manager, Dory, HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK, and I have left close to 20 messages for him. Of course, when my lawyer called, he came to the phone without a problem, but could not explain where my stuff is. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and let your friends know too!!
