This is the most unprofessional Company ever. I hired America's Moving to pack and move me in February 2012. They in turn subcontracted my move to "ON TIME MOVING" when the truck (box truck) to pack my 3 br house, arrived it had 2 signs (allied) (allstate), which should have raised a red flag..Those guys were sloppy (unprofessional). After they left I was advised that my belongings were being taken to Chicago and off loaded then reloaded on another truck. when that truck arrived in March 2012, My gosh the damaged/lost items.. that driver called the owner of "ON TIME MOVING" and said to him get ready you are gonna pay big for this move, (which was on a Saturday). The Next day (Sunday) the owner (Mike) called me and said they would make everything right, "also the guys involved in packing/moving me were fired". So I was given his phone # and e-mail, to which I have tried many times to contact (no response), Then I went to BBB and filed a complaint against America's Moving, exchanged a few e-mails and saw that they were not going to accept any responsibility for what transpired what I was asking for was my money back 7266.00 to which they replied with "That's not gonna happen". In my opinion they are responsible for making this right and they can get their money back from the company THEY hired.
