Did not show up. When we called to get a revised time (2 hours after he was supposed to be there), he demanded cash or he would cancel entirely. Kept going into these long speeches about how lucky we were (the day of the move). Kept talking about how he has been in business 15 years serving seniors, BBB, blah, blah, blah now give me cash or I won't come. We agreed to pay cash. Speeches continued. Demands continued. We then said " forget it" (in no uncertain terms) and found another company that did it the same day for less. Shop around! You know something is wrong when you speak with him the first time. Trust your instinct. I would NOT recommend this company.
