Never kept us in the loop, charged us 2.5x what they quoted us, lost at least 5 boxes (plus broke/damaged many items). Showed up for an 8-10 AM delivery at 9:45 PM - forced us to pay in cash or they wouldn't deliver our items. Made my wife cry multiple times - overall, incredibly frustrating and generally awful. I wouldn't recommend their services to any one.
