Alliance Express is a scam!! They basically just want your deposit that they say is non-reufundable, even after they didn't pickup on the agreed date or use climate controlled trucks as promised by Roxie. I ended up having to rent a Budget truck and drive across the country myself. DO NOT use this company unless you want to go through a nightmare experience. Oh and good luck getting them to call you back or answering the phone. Apparently they see who is calling and choose not to answer but the second I call from a different number they pick up....hmm.....interesting.....
