It was my first time using a moving company. In the past I used a Uhaul or just asked friends to help with a promise of some beer and pizza. But moving from Iowa to South Carolina required the big guns. I got 5 different quotes from all the big movers but chose this company in the end for two main reasons. 1) Customer Service. The person who came to give us a free home estimate really took her time. She came in, assessed our furniture and all the rooms being moved. She asked all the right questions and took the time to answer mine. 2) The price. My quote came in right in between the low price and high. My mind set being...you get what you pay for...customer service tipped my choice.
