Bottom line is they made big promises and did not deliver. Don't be fooled by their great sales approach. They were pleasant until it was time for the move. Then they were rude, broke promises, gave me the run-around, offered no alternatives or solutions, and on the day of my move, they did not show up! They have yet to refund my deposit, which was to ensure service delivery, a service that they did not provide.
