Very bad customer service

This company was the worst movers that I have experienced and will never use this company again. The first issue was when I signed the paperwork and the driver insisted on putting 1 pm as a start when the actual time was 1:15. I actually signed a form and put the correct time on it. The issues began when we arrived at my new home and was informed that the estimated cost was $800+. Since it was only 2:30 pm when we arrive, I could not understand how my bill was estimated at $800+ which works out to be over 6 hours at $130 per hour. It took them 60 minutes to load up my previous residence so they expected me to believe it would take 2 and a half hours to unload the truck. I was put in to contact with someone in their office who could not explain it to me but decided to lower it to $600+. Since I was paying cash and knew this move would not take more than 3 hours tops, I only had $520 (3 hrs+1 hrs drive time which they make mandatory) in my possession. I proceeded to give the driver the $520 and went to the bank to get the remainder. When I left the movers were unloading the truck under the supervision of my wife. I get a call at the bank from her stating that they had stop unloading the truck since they were instructed to do so by the office. The time was around 3:15. I returned back home with the remaining balance and got into a heated exchange with their office. They had in their possession 4 hours of payment and should have continued working, not stop over some additional expenses. The office also tried to charge me the extra 15 minutes which I refused to pay. This company was very unprofessional and do not appreciate returning customers. I have deleted their number from my phone and would not recommend them to anyone.
